Good looking, cheaply made

These machine heads look fancy but are of low and uneven quality. Exactly the same ones were installed as original equipment on my very nice Cordoba C7. They never functioned smoothly, and after a few years became completely unusable.
I bought a replacement set, and immediately noticed that tuners for strings #2 and #5 (middle on both sets) jerk and don't turn smoothly.
The bottom line is: use these if they are an exact fit for your guitar and you don'd want to alter the appearance or drill new holes for screws. If you are just shopping for tuners, I would pass these.
