ANTHEM;CONSUMER ADVOCATE You cannot depend upon this to keep your TV outside, for example, if it rains. It is not water tight and will hold some water in the bottom. You can only use it as a daytime or nighttime dust cover. (Make sure you check the forecast first!) I can't use this for the intended reason.

We placed this cover over our 55" TV that we have hanging on our porch. The TV itself is not protected from the elements by any walls, so this is the only thing keeping our TV safe & it has worked out really well. We live in dusty west Tx and our TV has been protected from blowing dirt, torrential rain fall, and searing sun. Overall, we're very pleased.
Good quality but won't work on a fixed bracket.

This cover is very high quality. It is an excellent choice for an outdoor TV. However, it did not fit my TV as I have it mounted on a fixed bracket, therefore, there is not enough space behind the TV to tuck the cover back. I have to return it. This cover will work better if the TV is mounted on a tilt bracket, to allow enough space behind the TV.

Very nice and well made. Having the right mount will help and having it mounted low enough so you can get it on and off the top. My TV is above the mantel on our outdoor fireplace and I have to use a step ladder to get it on and off. Mine was also missing one of the velco straps at the bottom, but I can live with that defect. The only thing I wish is that they would make the depth at the edges a bit smaller. Seems like a lot of wasted excess material that keeps it from hanging just perfect. Most flat panel tv's now days really don't have much depth at their top and side edges.
