I was disappointed in the size and the fat that I had to use a spray so it would eject cleanly when inverted. I also have to use an additional bowl when I add other ingredients to the mold. I do not like metallic molds because they tend to give a metallic smell to the jello.

This is a great Jello mold. The center piece can be removed and makes getting the Jello out of the mold so easy. I also wipe the inside surfaces with PAM and that slight amount allows the Jello to easily slide out. Easy to wash when finished.
