What a steal! These noodles are not only delicious and nutritious (extra thanks to the Kale), but also are a great deal! Normally when I look for any food item that is fair trade, gluten-free, vegan, organic or non-GMO the prices are generally high, but these noodles are all of the above and for a great price! I love the use of amaranth with brown rice. It makes for a very tasty blend! Prepare them hot or cold, either way they are delicious!!
