What a bummer. It came with some chips in the pen holder and the letter holder was a bit bent. The box and packaging it came in were fine... so I know this happened somewhere in manufacturing. I wouldn't buy again but it's not so bad that I'm going to go through the hassle of sending it back.

I was originally going to use this to store my makeup brushes and palettes in. Overall it works fine for that purpose but I was disappointed because some of it was smashed and bent and I can't shape it back

Unlikely manila folders will stay upright in mail slots. Pencil cup is short & cannot hold but a few pencils & a few of the multi-colored pens I use.
