Great futon. Beautiful wood and firm mattress. We could never assemble but son put together in 2 hours. We live in mobile home and needed a guest bed. This works perfect.

I would give it five stars but two screws on the drawers were stripped out. I had to repair them . One hinge is bent and the side table doesn't open up right. Lucky that that side of the futon stays against the wall. Also a bracket was severely bent and I had to straighten it out. The box it came in was a little beat up so I'm going to say the damage may have been done during shipping. Otherwise... good sturdy wood. Drawers are solid...

Allen key with a handle. You will be making over a thousand turns... especially if you are like me and have to take it apart many times.
(I could be a professional at this by now!) ALSO: Use a highlighter on the instructions, that really helped.
I'm worried about the review indicating the rubber stoppers will break and showing the arms coming apart. :((((. Hmmmmmm.
In all, I LOVE this!
