A little tricky to set up, but once adjusted it is very comfortable. Provides very good protection. Keeps everything together and contained. Only draw back is I wish the bottom of the cup was a little longer to provide more under carriage protection.

I held off a while to write a review because I wanted to wait for a real life kick to the cup during full power sparring. Well it fits great and took the brunt of a kick better than the other brand (tiger claw) that I used. Once you dial in the position it stays put nicely. It comes with a net bag to store it safely and air dry. I lightly soap it up in a sink, rinse it out and throw it in it's bag. No prob!
Better than the bulky padded groin guards.

My 12 year old says it is more comfortable than the more common padded style groin guards used in TKD competitions. It took a few minutes to figure out but watched their video online and it was simple enough. Once you fit it properly it is easy to put on.
