Call me a pessimist but I didn't have high expectations for this. I hoped for something edible but figured it might not even have flavor. I opened the container and it looked terrible (comparing to traditional brands at the store) and I licked the aluminum wrapper before throwing it away so I'd know what my family was in for. I could eat this by the spoonful! Highly recommend - WILL buy again!! It's great, give it a try. Thank you miss Jones for this organic, dye free "healthy" alternative. (Healthy is in quotes because though it's much healthier to it's competitors, it's not like it's a carrot or something).

This icing was a really nice consistency once stirred (as instructed on the container). The only downside is that this meant the container was not completely full to the top, but still plenty for what we needed. The vanilla icing is dairy-free and organic (with ingredients I could recognize), which is fantastic. It has a very light vanilla and coconut flavor to it.
A SUGGESTION: Add almond extract to this icing! It improves it so much! Tasted fantastic.
