For the price it is totally worth it. I put it together myself. As someone else mentioned.. make sure you have legs in correct direction or you'll have to remove and turn to fit where the holes are. I do need to tighten the 4 screws every couple weeks but that's not a biggie.I find that after a couple weeks the bed will creak and move back and forth just a slightly when I massage legs and feet. I just tighten up, 2 or 3 minutes, and it's all good. My clients love it. Super comfy. I love it.

The bed looks nice however it constantly comes loose and feels like it is going to collapse. We have to tighten almost every day. I bought three and all of them do the same thing. Wish I had not purchased them!
Update! One broke and nearly collapsed before getting the client off the bed.
It is put together with wood glue and finish nails.
Waiting to hear back from the company and hoping for a refund.

The quality of this bed is nice, as far at the comfort and materials are concerned. The problem with this bed is that after it is put together, the screws on the legs don't stay tightened. If it's used for any sort of massage or facial, the screws immediately come loose and the bed feels like its going to collapse. I would not purchase again and am working on returning.
The customer service with this company is absolutely awful. When I emailed to tell them about the screw issue, the told me to "go find a carpenter to fix my problem." DO NOT PURCHASE.

This is the second purchase that we made "so far". We bought 3 beds first, and then we bought another 3.
The massage bed has very clean look. It also feels very comfortable when laying on it. The 3 sections design is very thoughtful and we can adjust the bed per our patient's need.
The only problem we've had so far is the packaging. In the two purchases, we had some screws missing due to broken package each time. However, the seller's service was really prompt and they sent us make-up screws immediately so the process wasn't delayed too much.

This was a huge mistake! DO NOT purchase this bed. We purchased it for use in our day spa location. It is poorly manufactured and squeaks constantly during a deep tissue massage, regardless of how often or how tightly you tighten the screws that secure it together. The holes for the head rest are also a problem. Since the day we bought it the head rest would move or fall out. We tried to contact the manufacturer and the seller, neither one of them bothered to respond. We purchased a new standard head rest to replace the one that came with it. It still is too loose in the holes provided, they were drilled too large I think. We have had to resort to wrapping tissue and tape around the arms of the head crate to keep it from moving.
Finally, the face hole in the bed, which we don't use ever, has a filler piece that's too small to stay in place also, it keeps falling through the bed and leaving an uncomfortable hole.
