I buy these all the time since I'm not a fan of sardines. The local price keeps going up and availability is getting scarce here , so, ordering them is just as economical now. Wish they were on the subscription plan. I eat them over grits, with eggs and on sandwiches. My husband loves them to slip in his work pants to take to work. Good protein for the diet.

Didn't buy them here on Amazon, but the sell them at my local supermarket at 89 cents a can. They're good. Not a very strong, fishy taste, not very oily when you drain it a little, and barely salty at all, unlike another reviewer said. If you've never had them before, know they have some bones, including the spine, which my sound gross, but they're pretty soft, and if you eat them with crackers you can't even tell you're crunching on them. I'd recommend it, good, quick, easy little protein snack.

I've been buying these locally all the time, but have found a better deal here at Amazon. Disagree with previous review; I love them, They are in soybean oil and I usually add just a little salt. Great bedtime snack!
