Works great, no issues with stains yet, holds static pretty bad after a week.

Overall I'm really pleased with this mat. I've used it once so far and had a great experience. The markers work great, and after two hours of play I was able to erase the whole mat with just the basic eraser provided(each marker has its own eraser that's actually a magic eraser you dip in water, haven't needed to use them yet). A lot of people complain about their mat staining quickly but from what I read on those reviews they either didn't use the erasers correctly, or used their own markers, which the instructions specifically tell you not to just use any marker.
Anyways it unrolled easily and stayed flat for me. No bubbling yet. I really like how thick it feels, other mat's i've used feel very flimsy or almost fabric like, where as this mat feels really solid and more...professional I guess is the word I'd use. Hard bottom, still rolls easy, etc.
My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that it's very static for me and pet hair clings to it pretty badly, but it wipes off really easy as well so it's really a minor inconvenience for.
Definitely recommend this mat, and the makers seem to really care about their products. It's not often someone from the company that produces a product e-mails you to see how you liked their product and asks to fix any issues you're having, and then actually responds to your response and continues conversation with you.

Great For Spatial Relationships in online Gaming

As I wrote for a product review elsewhere, this is perfect for D&D gaming over the internet. I'm in a group with four other gamers, and we play (for now) using Google+ and Hangouts. For dungeon encounters, the DM publishes little spreadsheet-grids for us to use as a reference, i.e., what the room looks like, how it's laid out. As for me, I have a terrible time with spatial relationships, and it creates confusing problems, such as this:
Player 1: All right, my warlock jumps to the ledge at square EB135 and wangs a spell at the monster at AZ144
Player 2: My Barbarian advances from EB 136 to EB 145 and wallops the monster at EB 146
Player 3: My druid stays put at EF133 and casts a 30' spell centered on AY 144
Me: We're inside a room?
Well, no longer! Behold!
(I just (2 April 2018) ordered gaming pawns for bad guys)

This is a great product! The mat works perfectly for short or long games. Editing the map is easy to do on the fly. The only drawback is that it curls inward on the ends if you store it properly but it is easily overcome by placing something in the corners. Also, as a caution, DO NOT use a dirty dry eraser to clean the mat. It tends to leave a tinted film on it. Clean up is super easy! The erasers on the marker tops work well or simply a paper towel and clean water. Definitely a great mat! It has helped our D & D game immensely! This is a must have for long term games! I can't wait to see more accessories from Evolve!

Fantastic mat for tabletops. not only does the bottom seem to grip the table so it doesnt slip, the wet erase markers ensure that lines don't just get lost from an accidental touch. the markers included was also nice.
For those tired of having to draw grids on dry erase boards and how bulky those are for transport, you need to get this mat.

Amazing. Makes DnD battles WAY easier to keep track of, I can't imagine playing without this.
