Couldn't get it to work. I tried calling their help line but couldn't get anyone without signing up and paying for an annual fee.

I not recommend this product to my worst enemy. The scanner is OK, if you need a scanner. However, the software is very poor. Maybe 1 out of 10 invoices will be correct Some will be ok after 2 or 3 scans. Some require as many as 10 scans before they are correct. Some never do. The scanned image is good, but the results, the total invoice paid, even the name on the invoice, is almost never correct. ALL OF THESE INVOICES WERE FROM THE SAME COMPANY, WITH VERY CLEAR AND LEGIBLE INVOICES. Imagine what you will get with invoices that were not clear. Also, there is NO SUPPORT. You cannot call in and talk to anyone. You have to email tech support. After several emails over a two week period, and not receiving any response, I gave up.
Don't buy this scanner if you have a MAC

Do not buy a Neat scanner if you have a MAC. I have to use some workaround overtime i scan. This has made my life more complicated - not less!

WASTE OF MONEY! I purchased this scanner in July for a small business I am starting. I was not able to fully set up as the pin# needed to register kept giving invalid PIN when entered. I get home after their customer support office 6pm and the are do not operate on weekends. With the new year I decided to try it again and now the Neat scanner does not work at all! No light, no power- its' just dead! And of course I cannot contact NEAT for help. Will continue to try to contact them. Don't buy this produce unless you have $$ to waste!
