Tested it for a few days, works fine. Also dropped the leak sensor down inside the pit, just in case if the float switch doesn't trigger. Also connected to the loud siren, simply connected12 v siren to 12v adapter, and relay on the unit.

After having my basement flood earlier this year when we lost power for 24+ hours during some extreme rainstorms I knew I needed a way to prevent that from ever happening again. I now have a 22KW whole house backup generator but even with that a sump pump can fail. So, I purchased this for the added peace of mind if the sump pump itself fails i get a siren and a text message to my cell phone. I also have a spare sump pump that I bought years ago.

Just what I was looking for. A way to monitor my sump activity and send alerts threshold are met and/or sound alarm. I has another floor sensor that shreaks much louder that the level sense alarm and I was able to hook that into the panel so I am satisfied with the alarm.
The one thing is needs to make 5 stars would be a physical ethernet port. Current model relies only on wifi and mine is constantly dropping and reconnecting.
Good product though. I sleep much better now!

First month worked fine. Second month had connectivity issues. Made some changes per customer support and worked fine for another month. Then started again with connectivity issues where it would go offline for no reason and stay off until I could manually reset. I tried putting unit right next to router. WiFi dbm is -26 which is excellent. Was -56 where I had it previously which is considered very good. It went out a day later. Maybe it's my router but it works fine for all other devices. I reached out to Level Sense and I have to say customer service is excellent and while they offered for me to return it even though it's been 90 days, they also continue to try to help me resolve. I've provide them my Router info as it might be switching to 5G. So I will continue to try and get it to work since they we nice enough to extend the offer for a refund and the pressure is off and I can take the time to keep testing it. I'm giving 4 stars for now since they are trying to help me out and it's probably my environment that's the issue since most other review are 5 star. When it's connected, it works great. I'll give an update in a couple of months.

I purchased this item to monitor the electrical power to my aquarium with rare and expensive fish. The product was pretty easy to set up, it did take a few tries to get it to connect to my wifi but ever since the initial set up, it has been great. Then, I used the web portal to set my alert preferences--i wanted the device to text my phone. However, after setting the preferences, getting a test text message, the system never text my phone when I shut the power off. I emailed customer service, but never got a response--hence the 4 stars instead of 5. After two inquiry emails and no replies, I was able to get the system to text message and email me when the power goes out. So it works great!
There is one other issue on the device as it shows that it is not calibrated. It doesn't affect anything, but it would be nice if their customer support would get in touch with me!
I am not sure if the seller on Amazon is the same as the customer support...
There was a little note in the box to post a positive review on social media and get $20. I would have been happy to do that, but since customer service never got back to me, I ended up not doing it. It is a shame for the company as I have 5k subscribers on my youtube channel, and a lot of fish enthusiasts would use this device.
IF the company wants to get in touch, they know how to get in touch.
