Love this item! I am not as flexible as I would like and i need a little extra help getting a good stretch for my muscles. I tried. Yoga strap and it was unwieldy. This strap with the multiple slips help me to get a good stretch and it is ready as my flexibility improves. Very sturdy and well constructed. Thanks!

I have been using my strap for a week now. I have the MS and the nerve damage is making some movements really painful. To try and stay as healthy as possible I go to the gym, eat well and stretch. This strap has made that last part so much easier. I have better form while stretching and the strap helps my hands not get fatigue. Before I even received the strap this vendor contacted me and sent me videos on what stretches to perform. I am so pleased with the product and the customer service. I recommend this over many other of the options you may have out there. Thanks for your time.

We purchased the Gravity Fitness Stretching Strap upon the recommendation of my husband's Physical Therapist. She had not recommeded a speciific strap, just one that would be helpful to continue stretching exercises at home. We chose this one because it appeared to be well constructed (which it is) and having a number of loops (which it does) to use as improvement in range of motion is obtained. The strap is perfect for what it was purchased for - the only caveat we have come up against is the will to actually do the stretches. Oh my, that says way more about us than the strap. :)

I really like this strap! It's very sturdy and I think it will hold up for a long time! With the little carry bag, it's easy for me to throw in my bag and take it with me. I have knee and back issues, and use it to stretch on my break at work. I love the color too but that's just a plus. The functionality is what's important,

Can a strap be amazing? Well, in this case, YES. Purchased strap for physical therapy for an ACL knee injury. Why is this strap so good? 1. Extremely well designed and constructed; 2. Strap material is high quality an is not too stiff or flimsy (like typical stretching straps); 3. There are loops stitched all the way from one end to the other. This is fantastic because you can grab it by a loop anywhere along the strap or put your foot or such in a loop; 4. The loops at the ends have padding on the inside that provides extra comfort and helps maintain a loop shape. The straps that are used by my PT place are like web belts that are flimsy, lightweight, and are not very long. I can't say enough good things about this strap. I am extremely hard to please but this product could not be any better. Truly. I liked it so much I bought a second one to keep in a bag so I don't forget it for PT. When I took the strap to PT the other week, the lime green color caught the eye of several physical therapists. One by one they came over to my table to check it out. Upon further inspection, several of them said, "why are we not using these? We have to order some." One therapist went on to call it the McLaren of PT straps. They are right. This is a high-quality item offered at a fair price. It is an absolute essential tool during my recovery. Don't cheap out and buy any other strap. I guarantee you will be extremely pleased with your purchase. It is worth every dollar and more.
