Results after first use. Doesn't hurt. Very easy to use.

Worked wonders on badly cracked neglected feet. No pain, easy to use.
PROS:
Immediate improvement
Doesn't hurt
Easy to use
CONS:
None yet
The second photo is after one session with the Amope Wet/Dry and one night of applying foot cream under regular socks. The third photo is after 3 sessions. Obviously I have some room for improvement but this is impressive for a few uses. This is easy, comfortable, doesn't hurt or tickle and it delivers results.

BEWARE OF FAKES! See pics for comparison. BUY FROM AMAZON DIRECT!

BEWARE OF FAKES BEING SOLD BY VARIOUS SELLERS AND SHIPPED BY AMAZON. (My seller was RinajeroS)
I like this product and didn't want to rate the product 1 star just to get attention but ! want to make sure people know that there are fakes of these being made and passed off as authentic.
There are many ways to tell if you have a fake. I was initially tipped off when the charger included was a generic looking iPhone type USB plug. I googled images of the Amope and saw that the charger was supposed to look different. Then when I tried charging the unit, it wouldn't fit securely on the charger. It needed to be placed very specifically on the charging contacts. It just seemed like the molding was off.
I ordered a unit sold directly from Amazon to ensure that I would be sent an authentic Amope and I am including some comparison pictures.
1) The plastic used in the authentic Amope is thicker and looks nicer than the flimsy and cloudy plastic used on the fake.
2) The cardboard insert from the Amope has an imprinted number above the bar code on the side. The fake doesn't have that imprinted number.
3) The Amope has an anti-theft connecter. It is a piece of plastic that locks the Amope to the plastic tray. There are also holes in the plastic tray to allow this piece of go through. The fake doesn't have a connector or the holes in the tray.
4) The color is darker on the fake and the white area is yellower. If you look at the fake long enough, it starts to look cheap. That was another thing that tipped me off initially when I started to suspect it was fake. I started seeing gaps in seams and poor workmanship. It just looked cheap. The authentic Amope looks really nice and like a quality product.
5) On the back side of the Amope, in the silver area under the roller head, you will see an ETL listed mark. The fake doesn't have this mark.
6) The charger for the Amope has blue around the contact points as well as where the cable connects to the base. The USB charger that connects to the cord has some writing on the back and has a specific shape that you can see in my image. If you get anything other than that charger and plug, you are probably looking at a fake.
My suggestion is to buy directly from Amazon to avoid getting a fake. You can't even trust items that have Prime shipping and are fulfilled by Amazon because the sellers ship the counterfeit items to Amazon and they look real enough that they slip through. Thankfully Amazon has a good return policy.

Stopped working after only 6 weeks!

The Amopé Pedi Perfect worked very well - at least, it did until it stopped working a month and a half after I purchased it. It looks as though it is charging, but absolutely nothing functions even after a full day's charge. Dead as a door nail. Very disappointed! Of course the timing was right after Amazon's 30 day return policy...

This product works great and deserves a 10 for performance alone, however the charging cradle needs an overhaul. I should be able to set it on the cradle for it to charge with no problem. I've had to press down very hard from the first day and now it only charges on a slight angle to the left with something heavy sitting atop. This is unacceptable, I'd rather have a plug into charge mechanism than this difficult cradle.
This product really does work!

This product really does work, but if your feet have deep cracks like mine did (I hate to wear shoes) it will take some time to get your feet looking good. I received my Pedi about 2 weeks ago and used it every 2-4 days. My feet look so much better and are already soft - almost perfect. I do have a few stubborn cracks that were very deep and to a point of bleeding, so I'm not surprised they are taking a little extra time to go away. I give it another week with the Pedi and believe my feet will be crack free. I very happy that I took a chance on this product.
