I'd read all these reviews but needed the smallest set of dice in "elemental" colors (red, yellow, blue, green) I could find, and fairly quickly, so when this set fit the bill I was prepared to settle for whatever I got.

Turns out I just really, really like them. They look great, feel great, are easy to read, and seem random when thrown. Also, the swirled resin looks fantastic in the light. And they come with bags as well, five smaller bags and a larger bag to keep them all in: bonus.

I do not find the gold on gold set hard to read, but if I ever do, the numbers are set deeply and cleanly enough so that a swish of black or other contrasting acrylic paint in the recesses followed by a quick wipe of the excess paint will easily fix it. Same with the bags: they seem fine today, but if they don't hold up, a needle and thread will easily do the trick. Not a deal breaker for me personally.

I'm not a gamer, and I didn't weigh them or do any fancy tests. But for less than $10, with storage bags, these were unexpectedly and absolutely great.

I am not a big fan of multicolored dice. However, these days really do a great job. They are glossy, but not too sleek, their integrity seems to be holding up well and 230 They roll really well although I do use a felt covered tower. You would do well to purchase these dice. I think that you, like me, will find the suit your needs well.
