Update: I have used the stone a couple of times and love it.
The packaging was great. My stone arrived in perfect condition. It is thick and heavy (Which I wanted) and fits in our oven just right. I washed it with water and am not allowing it to dry for the next couple of days. I inspected it for any flaws or hairline cracks. I did not see any. I plan on making pizza with it in a few days. I will post how that went, but as far as quality and shipping I am very pleased with both.
FYI.... I keep reading that you are not supposed to oil your stone...so I am not. I am going to buy cornmeal and the bottom of a nonstick baking sheet as my "peel". I am excited to see how it turns out. Now I just have to find a really good pizza crust to make. They give you an ebook with this stone so I am going to check those out first.

Great quality but with a learning curve

This is great and very heavy for a pizza stone (most are really thin). I have yet to actually use it to cook a pizza however am very impressed with the thickness although a little concerned about the weight being too much on a standard oven grate over time. Would still recommend.
UPDATE: So after using it a few times here are my thoughts. It's definitely heavy enough to be cautious about just leaving it in your oven all of the time - I think it's going to bend the standard grates in a regular oven so shouldn't be left in there for storage. When using it would be helpful to add something underneath to prevent sticking (some kind of grain or whatnot) because your typical frozen pizza may stick. It's true to also follow the instructions and let the stone heat with the oven and then wait for it to get hot before putting the pizza in - that helps keep things from sticking as well. Something I figured out is it takes longer to cook a pizza on the stone than not on it - for example if a frozen (doctored) pizza says 20 minutes and you like your pizza somewhat crispier like me then add at least 10 minutes (or at minimum 5 so it's completely cooked but still soft and chewy). But I do think it's a very high quality stone that will last a long time and that it really was worth buying (keep the pizza from sagging) so would definitely recommend this product.

Make sure you read all labeling and brochure before using. I was too excited and didn't realize that we couldn't put buttery products on it. Therefore, the pan didn't work out as planned. Can only be used for pizza. I was looking for multi-purpose pan for pizza, and buttery goods.
Great for the oven

Great pizza stone. I crank the oven all the way up to 550°.....as high as mine will go....with it inside preheating. No bubbles, no troubles with cracking or breaking issues like other people claim to have. The thickness makes it as close to a high temp wood fired oven as you can get. Cooks a pie in 12 min if you're using a real deal neopalitan type of dough for your crust. Look up Antimo Caputo 00 Pizza flour. It's da bomb!! If you don't have the $5-8 k for a real wood fired oven this will fit the bill. Make sure your oven and stone are insanely hot for best results and don't put a bunch of toppings on the pizza. That makes the crust soggy and takes too long to cook. Think of the pizzas you see on the cooking or travel channels. Not a lot of crap on them, make it like that and pizza nirvana awaits you my friend.
Arrived quickly and a beautiful, hefty stone

Arrived quickly and a beautiful, hefty stone! So far one non-gluten pizza crust with lotsa toppings has been made on this stone and came out BEWFUL - crust was crisp and slid off very easily with a sprinkle of corn meal, even though the toppings & sauce ran over. Just keep this beauty scraped off and dry - free of oils (I just thoroughly scrape it off &/or wash in hot water as needed and dry out in a low oven between uses), and it should do well for multiple uses and last a long time, as it's a nice thick, sturdy stone. Thanks!
