The best functions as advertised. I bought the vest that comes with the solid weight blocks.
The only thing I find frustrating is the design of the straps for securing the vest around your torso. They're independent straps that simply Velcro onto the vest. It would be much better to have torso straps that connect directly to the vest.

I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend. He LOVES it. He wears it all the time. There are plenty of weights (up to 100 lbs) so it's adjustable. Great way to add some additional resistance during a workout, walking, etc.
Do not go straight to 100. Work up to it
