While well-made in its own right as a VERTICAL tank pouch, that doesn't excuse the fact that it is falsely advertised. This pouch will NOT mount horizontally on a MOLLE system, short of creative modification or copious amounts of duct tape. Given that's the primary reason I purchased this pouch, failing in that regard is pretty much a critical product failure..

Perfect air tank carrier made with durable, thick material. The Velcro straps are tough and sturdy. Elastic at pouch is strong and holds the tank in. High flap on back side buffers the top of the tank from hitting your back and add support. It is a little too big for the 68 ci carbon tank but I put a packing bubble in the bottom to take up the space and it actually adds protection for the tank. I already have a second one in my cart to buy.
This works perfectly with my vest and the MOLLE straps ...
