Softer than the curtain I was using before. I'm using it to divide space in the house for heat regulation and this works fantastically. It's decent at blocking light from one room to another if you care about that. I bought it for heat insulation for a hallway and it's doing a great job. I need to hem the bottom cause it's a tad too long, but that's not a huge issue. It's very soft to the touch and light, so it makes it easy to move for my pets when they go through.

I have to say , I'm amazed that a light color can actually block this much light. They feel out of the package so soft. They are used in my basement as a devider between office and spare bed room. We have ample windows. And still very dark during peak light

Well constructed, all seams were intact, no fraying. Upon opening the packages it was noted the curtains were very very wrinkled, so I tried giving him a quick wash in the washer. I then dried them on very delicate heat I want to removal they still were very wrinkled. Therefore if you want crisp unwrinkled curtains these are not for you. I am hoping that with hanging they will lose some of their wrinkled appearance.
