I was suffering with severe sweating, all times of the day and waking up at least 10 times a night drenched (according to my sleep tracker) to turn the fan either on or off. Hot flashes were lasting anywhere between 1-2 minutes, it was absolute hell and I was considering going on hormone therapy to help. Unbelievable how well this product has worked for me. I take one pill at night before bed. Absolutely changed my life!!

I am only on day 3 of this product so it is hard to really provide a solid review. I have felt more tired in the last three days. I chalk that up to my system adjusting to it. I have noticed less night sweats and hot flashes without any change to my environment which is nice. I will continue to try the product for more results. Easy to swallow, no taste. I like that it is once a day.
