Decent piece of cookware

I've only used this a couple of times at this point but so far so good. It is very easy to clean and cook in thanks to the non-stick surface and is plenty deep enough to cook a large serving of whatever you may be making.
My only complaint at this point would be how lightweight it is. Clearly this is made of mostly aluminum or some alloy comprised of it and while cookware like this tends to heat up quickly it doesn't tend to last as long. I prefer cookware with copper in it as I've bought some in the past and am still using it two years later without issue. Also I just happen to prefer things that have a bit of weight in general as they feel less cheap imo. However things like that are quite a bit more costly and any cheap/low cost cookware tends to be made with mostly aluminum. So it's more of a get what you pay for situation.
Nevertheless, this seems to be a decent piece so far so I just hope it will last for while.

Its perfect size and i love that i can put in oven .. makes dinner easy
I have change my mind .. the non- stick on bottom is starting to look like its coming off .. and it only a month old . I need to find out what i can do about this ..

This is a great addition to my kitchen at a great price. It's a solid, heavy piece that's well made. I e been used it for a few months and it shows no wear at all. I love the size of this as well. It's a little deeper than most sauté pans but not as deep as a Wok. I love Calphalon.

So far, liking this pan a lot. I bought it to replace an 11-inch wok/fry pan with a vented glas lid that I bought in a Korean market. That pan was destroyed by my hard use. I would have liked to buy a similarly sized pan (11 inches), but settled for this one. It's large and holds a lot. The nonstick coating works well. Manufacturer instructions are printed on the box; important to read. Not dishwasher safe. My only wish would have been a tiny vent in the lid (so four stars instead of five). I believe I'll use this pan daily and am happy with its performance.

Love this. I can make just about anything now without concern for overflowing the pan :D I have done stovetop to oven at 400 degrees without any issues at all. Nothing sticks, easy to wash. Very even surface for cooking, definitely worth the price. Even if the coating does wear off one day (which it hasn't) it is affordable enough to replace.
