Defective straight out of box, and I guess it's non-returnable? End of scope won't stay locked into one position, which I think is affecting sound transmission. I could hear very little, no matter what I tried. The color red doesn't match what is online. either. Instead of candy apple red, it is an orange/red color. So disappointed! I had a prestige scope in the past that I loved! Quality control must not be the same anymore. Maybe I'll use this one for spare parts.
Update: Although I am still unhappy with the product, customer service was excellent. Because it was defective out of the box, I was offered my choice of refund or replacement.

Bought this because the one school assigned us was terrible! I couldn't hear anything. I was surprised how well I could hear on this stethoscope. I now own a Littman and feel like the quality of this one is almost as good as my Littman. I still use this one from time to time especially if it matches my outfit lol! 😊 I would definitely recommend this stethoscope. It's great for beginner's who don't want to spend a lot.

Very cute & light wt! Just got in mail today have not got to use it yet. Even comes w two extra sets of ear pieces, a name tag, and if you read lil booklet you can register for lifetime replacement parts (1part per year!). Great buy! -Updated used at work last few nights & sounds nice & clear!

Bought this as a gift for a coworker, now she won't shut up about how she's saving lives.

Son's GF is in nursing school & youngest daughter wants to do everything she does. For OUR purposes (bought for 4yo to practice and try it) it is fantastic and a 5* product. That said, for the nursing student, this doesn't quite stand up to that level of standards. The sound is VERY quiet compared to higher end models and while the overall build quality seems good, the acoustics are not as good as some models you'd spend another $10-15 on and obviously not on higher-end ($75+ models)... this one is tough to hear at times BUT if things are quiet it is nice to have the option to turn the bell for the 2 audio options. Overall a great toy for our daughter and our "bonus daughter" said she could do ok with this one in nursing school for a year + but she preferred spending an extra $35-50 to get something that she can hear better and will last years longer. BUT for the ability to have fun colors, work pretty well and get someone on a budget through the first year or two in nursing school, it's still a great deal & very cute!
