Still not sure about copper nipples

So far, appears to be correct. Very good deal for SS. Still checking on nipples. If copper, they are plated. Very difficult to check. Will update once installed and tested.

This is interesting... I've been an active cyclist for 5 decades, but never had to change a spoke before. I searched Google for "how to measure spokes" and got a wide range of ultra-technical garbage that the writers wrote for themselves, not for the reader/cyclist. When I researched spokes I found this company (the spokes are made by Bavel, and sold by Amazon?) that not only sold STAINLESS STEEL spokes (a necessity, I believe) but they show a VERY SIMPLE diagram on how to measure the spoke (something these ultra-tech writers should see!) and within minutes I had the broken spoke measured, and the Amazon order placed. The spokes arrived within two days and I replaced the broken one this morning. I now have 35 extra spokes, so I shouldn't need to order more. However, if I ever need anything for my bike that this company (Amazon? Bavel?) sells I would not hesitate at all to purchase from them again! Definitely a 5 Star company!
