Poor build quality.

We have had the ladder for about 6 months now and the aluminum tube at the base have worked through and torn the rubber feet. So if you try to use the ladder in doors you will damage finished flooring. The Velcro strap has also stopped grabbing. Overall disappointed of the overall build quality and stability of the ladder. I will try to reach the company about returning the ladder for a credit.
