This is a very good priced kit, I was able to replace all four of my stepper motors, without any problems, the ones I used all worked so I didn't have to redo any of my work, I used a youtube video to help me with the disconnects, and reinstalling, so everything went smooth, this was a 2005 Monte Carlo that I used this kit on, this will save you a lot of money, if all you need to repair your instrument cluster is these stepper motors, hope this helps anyone thinking about buying this item.

Great Kit! It was everything advertised. I was going pay someone to do rebuild my cluster but after reading the reviews on this I just did it my self. Less than can hour to remove the cluster install 6 stepper motors and replace the cluster on my 05 Tahoe. I even had time to write this review before the hour was up! Not the highest quality Iron or Sucker but the did the job just fine. Great Job Dr. Roc.

Gauges work great, soldering gun was fine, I used a solder wick to remove old solder.

Soldering iron is a cheap piece of junk. Solder sucker isn't much better. The stepper motors seems to be decent. The soldering iron smoked a lot when plugged in but cleared up.
