I got this as a way to exercise my knees. My physical therapist was using it on me and it seemed to be working really well so I bought one for homework. It's expensive but it works what more can you ask

Best balance pads out there. Purchased to do at home physical therapy for a knee injury/surgery recovery. I had originally bought a cheaper pad claiming to be as good as these, don't waste your time or your money on those. Airex is the only way to go!
