Item seemed pretty flimsy. Easy to put together but I ended up returning it due to not being very sturdy. I could not see myself putting it up and down over and over without bending it.

Sturdy. We get a lot of use out of it. Ease of install was medium. I mounted two vertical 1x4's on the wall to firmly anchor the rack. (We have horizontal studs.) The load is heavy with wet clothes on it, so I don't recommend mounting it with anchors in drywall. Either anchor into studs or figure out some kind of mounting plate. Also a note for those with compulsive leanings: In order to get the top of the rack level, I could not mount it so that both pieces that attach to the wall were perfectly vertical. A negligible design flaw, unless you are picky. I am probably the last person who will ever notice, and it doesn't compromise function, but I did have to force myself to stop looking at it.
