This pan is soooo nonstick that I used it to form the crust dough (after punch-down) using just my hands (finger tips). It made a beautifully even, golden crusted extra thick, pepperoni, sausage, salami, onion, green pepper, hot pepper, black olive, with extra cheese and sauce pizza; using my Oster extra large countertop digital oven using the "pizza" setting.
