The case has a glass front. The 1st one arrived shattered. They sent out a 2nd replacement quickly. You could hear the broken glass in the box so that is a risk with anything glass. Next one was packaged better and arrived quickly Satisfied so far.

Pro: Product is as it appears., so there should be no surprises that the shelves are not adjustable and taller shot glasses/ curios cannot fit.
Con: Hinges are slightly crooked which means the door has to be lifted a little bit to latch. Not a big deal for me personally, but it speaks a little to the quality of workmanship.

I was a little worried at how the quality was going to be after reading some of the reviews but I think I lucked out and got a good one that wasn't damaged during shipping. It's decently made and the hinges and the clasp are holding up well. It's perfect for my trench lighter collection! Definitely gives off an old cigar lounge type of vibe
