The "first law" of a great company is great customer service. My questions were answered immediately and they ship fast. When you have good customer service, you usually have a good product. The spider mount does not disappoint. This thing is a beast. It is rock solid, as it should be. I attached a 150lb bag to it and it doesn't rock the house or make a lot of noise. I highly recommend this if you're looking for the best mount for your bag.

This heavy bag mount is legit. Aside from the nice price, the quality is top notch. I recently purchased a Ringside 200lb heavy bag and hung it with this. This mount easily holds it like a boss, showing zero signs of breaking and I train really hard on my bag, making it swing so I can pivot and move around. There is no squeaking either, the mount is virtually silent.

This mount works great in my garage. After installing two wood beams between my rafters to meet the mounts dimensions, it went up easily. Very little sway from my bag and love the fact it has a swivel designed into it! Virtually eliminates the vibration and noise you'd get with a standard mount. Very pleased with my purchase.
