I bought this unit May 2017 and I'm on my 3rd unit... it was under warranty The first worked for 2 months.... I contacted customer support and was told to take it to the local repair shop in Atlanta... I took it in they plugged it up out of my site and they told me it worked... ok I took it home and it didn't work.... I then had the outdoor plug to my 3 year old house replaced .... it didn't work, a week later I went back to the shop and it was out of business!!!! I contacted customer service again and the next repair shop was to far and they sent another unit. New unit NEVER worked! And I'm on number 3! They don't even require you to send it back... just keep send units that don't work hopefully number 3 will be a charm cause truth be told I liked it! They would not refund my money at all. Red Flag

It's up to most household cleaning jobs. Mine failed after 8 months, but Karcher's quick-ship replacement warranty was easy. One downside is that there is no place to store/attach the wands and accessories on the unit. The holster for the trigger won't even hold it if the wand is attached.

Really like this power washer, it does a fab job at hard cleaning. It's small but mighty & a good cost bargain for it's price. So, far it's the best of it's kind that I've tried at it's price point and for consumer use. The chemicals included in the package did not do too much for me, but then they weren't the selling point. The selling point for me is the Karcher brand, in general it seems Karcher generally receives superior review ratings. The experience with this item proves it for me.

This inexpensive pressure washer is all about the attachments and efficient use of water. It has good pressure for washing but maybe not blasting out stains. The patio attachment is phenomenal. It's worth the money just for this one attachment. The wand attachments work exactly as they should. The dirtblaster makes excellent use of the pressure the unit can generate. The foam cannon is fun but hint mine only works when the container is screwed on one way. If it isn't working unscrew it and rotate a half turn. It works fine with any cheap car soap. Unless you have a huge job to do this thing is great. Really really good package.

I received this unit about 2 months ago and have used it 3 times. It is fantastic !!! I especially like the deck scrubber as it really cleaned my pavers and dirt from the separation between the pavers. I also like that it is light weight and easy to handle easy to assemble.
