Bought this for girlfriend over Christmas. The product was lighter than she's used to so it requires a bit of a learning curve. Otherwise it's works quite well. Lights are very bright and mesmerizing. The only complaint I have is that the lights aren't controllable, they just have a preprogrammed pattern which seem to just go with the music. Shipping to Canada was fairly quick as well

Never heard back from customer service when my hoop broke the day i got it, seems like something disconnected and it stopped lighting up. I didn't even do crazy tricks or hoop dancing i was just hula hooping around my wAist. They wanted me to return the broken hoop (which i couldn't even fit back in the box) before i got a refund. Too much money for a broken hoop. I bought two more from other shops and they are awesome!! It was pretty though.

These are super light so it takes some practice to get them moving. You have to do really big, exaggerated gyrations, not like a regular Wham-o kind of Hula Hoop. But they are pretty!

Some people had mentioned the weight of the battery is extremely noticeable and makes it hard to use but I really don't think that's the case at all. The battery is very small and light weight + it lasts a good while!
