Arrived on time and makes making pasta absolutely easier. The cuts are identical width, fast to make. Perfect product.
Really sharp cutting blades, work really well.

I really enjoy getting a new gadget and finding out, as I did with this dough cutter, that it works so much better than I expected. I had read some of the reviews that said it was to small for their hand, and thought I would give it a try, as those reviews were all from men. Well this is the perfect size for my hands, the balance is great and it's really REALLY sharp. Something one needs when making pasta or noodles. I highly recommend this dough cutter, also it's easy to wash by hand.
Works great.

Works great. The handle is a little short, so doesn't provide good leverage, but I used two hands and pressed down slightly with one while pulling the handle with the other. Be sure to look at the picture on the box to be sure you're using it right side up. Also, my newest recipe recommends letting the rolled out dough sit a few minutes and then rolling it out even thinner, repeating this a few times. The cutter went through it more easily after two "waits". I've cut noodles by hand with a knife and this was much easier. My four year old granddaughter helped and it was a fun experience for both of us. Also bought a drying rack, which I haven't used in the past. Hanging the noodles was an enjoyable job for her, too.
