So far so good. Does what it needs to do. If it saves me from another ceiling repair its worth it.
I look at it as added insurance with replacing the foam rubber gasket as well.

THIS is THE BEST INVENTION SINCE SLICED BREAD!!! It solved ALL my problems AND they were very easy to deal with, as I had to return the smaller size that I had first purchased on amazon. I then had to call the company directly since the larger size was not sold on amazon.

I would echo the review of philip a von during. This would be the best thing since sliced bread, but the cover needs to be deeper to allow more space between the silicone and the cover so that the water can flow more freely. Another solution would be increase the diameter of the cover and/or decrease the diameter of the silicon "lip" so that the water can get around it. If the designers would fix this issue, it would be perfect! Very good and an excellent solution to a tricky problem.
