Pros
* The TV height is pretty good.
* Reasonably sturdy, seems okay, not great, on carpet with a 55lb 60" LCD.
* Minimalist appearance

Cons
* Second shelf cannot hold even close to the rated 33 lbs, and is physically too small to even hold most dvd/blu-ray players. It only supports weight at the back center, and bends down very easily.
* Lower shelf only has 13" of usable depth after the pole is deducted, you won't be able to use it for any decent/deep receivers.
* Swivel states 15 degrees each direction, seems more like 5-10
* Swivel is very loose, does not hold positions well.
* More susceptible to falling backwards if not placed against a wall, no optional stability supports.
* Plastic nuts make the included tools VERY difficult/painful to use, tools are too small/sharp to get proper leverage.
* No tilt adjustment at all, must be done with washers/bolts (not the end of the world, not an advertised feature of this product).

The TV stand is ok, it took me a while to understand the instructions.
However, even after correct assembly, the small shelf is not secured in its place. Which means that if the laptop I placed on it, is not correctly places, the shelf will tilt and my laptop can slide off it.
I took it apart, and assembled again, but I guess the holes in the designed parts, is just allowing this thing to happen.

Okay, there is a very real chance that my rating will go up after this weekend. But let me start at the beginning.

I love the height of this thing. We are planning to use it on our 32 inch TCL Roku tv in the bedroom. My current stand is just too low and uncomfortable for watching telly in bed.

It lost one star right off the bat because the directions aren't the best. As someone else mentioned in a review, basically just pictures, we went on YouTube and watched some random guy put together the table top version of this and were able to do pretty darn well.

It has lost another star because none of the screws provided fit.Even though Amazon says our tv is frequently bought with this. I reached out to the seller and was told the screws are universal and I could return. Not quiet willing to do that just yet. I was hoping that they could tell me what size I actually needed.

Have reached out to TCL and asked them, so an FYI if you have a TCL Roku 32 inch flat screen tv Model number 32S305 I am being told that you need 4 M4x12 screws and washers. I have ordered and am crossing my fingers.

UPDATE 1/6 Okay TCL support was correct, once we received (also ordered here off Amazon) the right size screws it was easy peasy to attach the screen to the stand. It still loses one star for the fore mentioned reasons, PLUS one more. As the directions are so poor I'm about to have to ask the community (if someone else hasn't already asked this question) how to keep it from sliding when it swivels. I am really getting annoyed at how much extra work is going into assembling this thing. They really need to step up the instructions. I know companies like to skimp on those as a cost saving device but at least have a website where that can be located.

This is a nice product for the price. Easy to assemble. Note though that it is pretty short so pay attention to the dimensions.

Will not hold a 55" tv. Wish I could return but was remodeling and went to set up after return date.
