I carry a great deal of tension in my back. I used to get massages at Massage Envy, but not only do they not give you your last massage, it is way too expensive. This little massager has relieved me of more pain and knots in one week than Massage Envy did over the course of a year. While the directions state to use only 15 minutes at a time, I use for up to an hour one to two times a week. The price of the item is about the price of one massage with the tip. One of the best purchases for my health and well-being.

OMG! I absolutely love this product. I had reconstructive shoulder surgery (5 in 1) surgeries and when I started PT every muscle was rock solid hard all the time. This massager hits all the spots where the deep deep pain is. You do not need to pull tight to receive a great massage like some of these reviews are complaining about. It feels so good some times I extend for another 15 minutes. Let it walk around freely or feel free to position as well, it has heat and shuts off after 15 minutes. Wow this has made a huge difference for me. Buy it you'll like it!!!!!
