You just worked out, you need water and your over priced water bottle is gonna make you work for it. You have to squeeze very hard and really suck to just get a small amounts of water. Only 1 week of use and I've had water spill all over me and can hardly get water when I want it. Going back to a simple Camelbak.

Leaks and is awkward.

Well, it's been a little over a week of use and I've had a few mishaps already. The bottle leaked around the rim at first had to adjust the seal around the cap. Next I took a flight gave the bottle a squeeze upon arrival and the whole lid blew off dumping a quarter bottle of water on me. The bottle itself is losing it's shape also. As for the filtration I'm not a scientist but it seems to be working.
