Disappointing, these don't slide well in snow at all. We took them to Mammoth mountain and neither my 50 pound son or my wife were able to get it to go down the hill. We were not on a super steep hill, but it was plenty steep enough and the toboggan we had tore off like a champ. We literally just sat in the snow with these.

I bought 2 of these for my grandkids because of a rare snow day in Memphis. We were so happy they arrived before the snow was gone (thank you Amazon Prime). Plenty of room for an adult and a child which made them go faster than a child alone. The price was reasonable for a day of snow every year or two. If you are planning to sled for a whole season consider spending a bit more and get something more durable. My grandkids loved them and will get at least a few years enjoyment from them.

Sled has a nice design but it is not very functional. The issue that we experienced with our 7 year old is that the front end, because it is so low to the ground, tends to dig down into the snow and slow it down/stop it.
