I got the cookies and cream flavor. I've tried other brands with that flavor and been disappointed. This one is very good tasting. I plan on trying the other flavors. I love how it actually has little pieces of cookies in it.

ISO Surge Coconut Cream is a great protein and it dissolves like no other protein I've ever tried, but the coconut flavor leaves a lot to be desired, and it's awfully overpowered with a sweetener that lingers in the back of your tongue long after you finished it. This powder is also very fine, so if you dump a scoop in your mixer bottle, be prepared for a little mushroom cloud of protein to slowly waft out of the bottle and settle on your counter and hands. It's almost as fine and powdery as pre-workout supplements.
I just received it three days ago, so I can't really tell if it's improved my gains, but so far it's definitely easy on my stomach and leaves me feeling full for a few hours.

Hands down the best isolate on the market and we are long time users of Iso 100. Safe to say we probably won't be using iso 100 from here on out because of Mutant. We've had a couple different flavors and birthday cake is probably best but it's tough with mint chocolate definitely being a close #2 in this race.

I finally had some time to properly test this protein. I am an avid gym goer and have used much protein in the past. Some good and some bad. The protein taste it's surprisingly good and was very easy to mix in my shaker bottle. This was my first time choosing a flavor such as birthday cake and it was pretty good but I think that chocolate will forever be my favorite. Over I will buy this brand again :]
