I pirchased this to cover a Hospital Bed for a family member who was having surgery, and had to rent the bed. While I know Medical Supply Companies clean and disinfect beds in between Rentals, having this cover provided an added layer of security and peace of mind. Love the softness of these covers, and the size is VERY accurate for a Full size mattress. Zipper is smooth. I use one of these for my box spring and another for the mattress. Keeps dog dander to a minimum in the bedroom, and is also waterproof yet not plastic sounding!
