I'm so glad I bought this attachment instead of a bidet toilet seat which I almost did even though they're big and bulky. This slim little sprayer just hangs on the side of the toilet. Easy to use but cold! Some of you might want to spring for the one that can attach to a heated water line.

Apparently it works well. I still can't get myself to use it, but the wife loves it. The quality seems pretty good, and most importantly, it hasn't leaked so far.
A few notes:
1) You need to turn the little valve on and off every time you use it, which make me a bit nervous.
2) Setup in theory is a piece of cake, but in my case, the distance between the water outlet from the wall and the water inlet located under the tank was too small to simply disconnect and reconnect the piece of hose that runs between the two after adding the bidet piece. Required a trip to the hardware store to buy a different hose.

I bought this over a year ago. I had bought two other different brands and both broke within two *weeks* of purchase. So I was very leery about trying yet a third time, but I got this and I am SO GLAD that I did! A month later I bought a second one for my main bathroom. It's been over a year and neither have broke, or leak., or drip or anything go wrong at all. Half the time I forget to shut off the valve (which really you're supposed to do) but I've never had a problem with leaks or drips any way. I do try to remember though. I HIGHLY recommend this, and NO OTHER brand!

Easy to install. No tools. The hardest part was getting the white plastic caps off the hose. I thought they were meant to be pried off, but found out they actually screw off. Also needed better instructions for using the wand extension; after you unscrew the small wand, you have to pull it off. Being able to control the spray pressure was thoughtful. I only needed to turn it a smidge to have full pressure.
Update: the wand scratches easily because of the poorly designed holder. Have used this for 2 weeks.

This has been just great. Easy to use. I wanted a bidet but did not have space for it. I thought of getting the Toto seat but having experienced it at a hotel, I just thought it was a bit of overkill and I worried that with the electrical component that something will surely break at some point and that is an expensive replacement whereas this is straightforward, requires no electrical service an if it breaks, can be reasonably replaced. I am getting one for all the bathrooms in my home. Highly recommend.
