Screws are not of the highest quality, but the mount is great.
Excellent. You may want to buy a 3 inch snap link as well.

I contacted Firstly to see what the difference is between this and their spider mount. The spider mount distributes the weight and vibration across 2 beams, and has better shock absorbing capability. If you have the space to span across 2 beams, I'd go for that. But I don't and bought this mount. I love it. Super easy to install. Just 4 bolts. I mount a 150lb bag to a single 2x4 beam. It absorbs most of the vibrations from even the heaviest kicks. Depending on your bag, you may want to buy a snap link. My bag has 2 D rings like that pictured in the photo.
