I enjoy using this puzzle with my rising kindergartner. I like that it includes both upper and lowercase letters and has the picture. We split the letters in half, so he's only dealing with 13 pairs at a time and store each half in a bag. We then sort and put uppercase in an area, lowercase in an area, and then pictures in the middle. He works to match one from each pile.
My complaint is two of the vowel pictures. There is "orange" for O and "ice" for I. Given that preschoolers learn short vowels first, having an R-controlled vowel for O and a long vowel for I is very awkward. Particularly the r-controlled o. It would have been so easy to do octopus for O. I is a little harder, but iguana is a good choice.
My son loves us to sing a little song after he finds each pair. I thought I'd share if others want to use it.

We do the same song with the rhyming words puzzle from this company, replacing "match" with "rhyme"

My grandson and nieces love to put these together. They are a hard cardboard and quite durable. Such a great gift.
