My one year old son and I are enjoying our bike rides together. I love having him in front of me and we get to talk to each other while riding. I was concerned about my knees hitting the seat but it's not bad. I don't have to adjust too much. I was also nervous about installation but I was able to do it myself pretty easily. It took me 20 minutes inside to get everything together and then 20 minutes actually installing on the bike. I wish it had a 5 point harness instead of 3 but I like that it has the handle bar for him. He holds that most of the time.

Surprisingly sturdy! I am not sure what I was expecting, but this thing feels very secure. It was pretty easy to install (about 30 mins) and it fits great on my beach cruiser. Baby seems comfy too.

This is a great product! My daughter loves it. Does make riding a bike a bit more challenging. Make sure your tires are inflated well or the bike is really hard to control. Our first ride I actually wrecked (hit a hidden hole) and my daughter wasn't touched- she only cried because she was sitting sideways.
borderline dangerous bike seat.

This product is borderline dangerous. I have a diamondback trace bike and on fixing this on to the bike, I could see the handlebar had very little play inspite of increasing the handlebar height. This means that when the baby is on the carrier I can ride only in straight line. To take a turn, I would need to get off the bike and turn it and ride in a straight line again. Thanks to amazon brilliant return policy, I returned this and ordered a new Thule bike seat. That one is awesome.

3/1/18- So to start I like everything about the seat itself, with that being said I gave it 4 stars only because the cushion for the seat feels very thin and im wondering how long my son will sit in it without getting uncomfortable. The color is exactly as pictured, came with all the peices and instructions. Havent put it on my bike yet bc its pouring so pointless right now. Will update once its on and I've rode him in it, see how it feels and if hes comfy...
