I use the spray on and let it set for Mother Nature (wind and rain) to remove the moss method. Works for me.

This did NOT work...unfortunately, when we ordered it and because of weather we had to wait 3 weeks before using it. (Can't play in water outside during thunderstorms). After application...and waiting for it to dry, we even called the 800 number and left a message to see how long "dry" was recommended....(we got no return call) it was sun shiny and 84 degrees that Saturday, (We gave it 3 hours mid Florida afternoon) when we hosed it off it did take off a little bit of the dirt, but not near enough... The spraying took almost 4 hours Saturday and after waiting for it to dry and hosing off, he even doubled up on the solution to see if it would work better...still no luck. My husband still ended up on the Spanish tile roof using his power washer for almost 8 hours Saturday and then finished another 8 full hours Sunday. Because we missed the 30 day return, we were not fortunate enough to get our money ($115.00) back.

eliminated 95% of our very bad build up off the roof. Applied with hand held sprayer and then a rather gentle pressure wash. Very slow process on a 1700 sq ft roof. I would recommend mixing solution in garbage can and using a sump pump to apply to the roof and eliminate several hours of pump spraying. I bought additional ROOF WASH for another roof, great eco-friendly product
