This product does work but I hate the packaging. One of the plastic bottles had the outside seal broken but not the inner seal so I did not return it. The bottle design is ridiculous and you will waste most of the product trying to pour equal amounts of each into the lid so you can use it.

The pump is best and you can use fewer pumps than recommended. I don't like to use 5 or 6 pumps each time I use the rinse. It really does work to keep breath fresh though. I would give 5 stars for the product and zero stars for the bottle. Please bring back the pump.

This stuff rocks. My husbands has gum disease and his breath was so bad I had to hold my breath to kiss him. I avoided being "down-wind" of him at all costs. I slept with my head under the covers because he is a mouth breather when he sleeps and the entire room smelled like a dead animal at night. He brushed regularly but he simply refused to floss. I saw this advertised. I immediately researched it and decided to get it and the toothpaste. Only after getting the notification that it would be delivered that day, did I finally sit him down and tell him how gosh-awful his breath was. I couldn't bear to hurt his feelings before, but I had to do something. I couldn't take it any longer. Plus,I didn't want other people to not want to be around him or think badly of him. Well, after hearing how bad it was (I broke into tears when I told him), he agree to declare war on his breath and follow my orders, if you will. He brushed with the Smart Mouth toothpaste, then flossed with his WaterPik (that he wouldn't use before), then scraped his tongue with a tongue scraper, then rinsed with the Smart Mouth mouthwash. Oh my goodness! Sooooo much better after that! But not 100%...yet. Maybe 65%-75%. But after about 4-5 days, 100% with no morning breath even! Shoot! Then I started using it! I wasnt going to be the only one with stinky breath in the mornings...😳

The ridiculous container, once opened, will spill if tipped, there is no way of sealing it tight. This absurd, stupid, dual-chamber dispenser is fussy and inept. This might be a good mouth rinse, but the bottle ruins ease of use or practical matters. There must be as better way to package this!

The product itself works great. Best mouthwash I've ever used.

However, this new bottle is absolute garbage. It leaks and it's literally impossible to get equal amounts of each solution w/o breaking out measuring cup.

Please, please go back to the two separate bottles!

Ingredients good. Bottle bad. The old pump system was always uneven. You always ended up with more solution in one bottle than the other. When they came out with the new bottle, I thought, finally. I used it right to the end, and FAIL. You still end up with more in one bottle than the other. My suggestion is to buy to plastic bottles at the drug store and just pour it yourself.
