great pan, wish the handle was longer

love this pan dearly, wish the handle was a bit longer. shorter handles get hotter faster, and a longer handle lets you grab it at a cooler spot that isn't right up against the flames of a gas burner. possibly this wouldn't be a problem on an induction stove but i don't have an induction stove i have the stove my landlords fit to install in my brooklyn apartment.

This pan gets used multiple times a day; everything from a morning breakfast (meat, eggs, cheese wrapped in a tortilla), grilled sandwiches, cooking up veggies - well, pretty much anything you can think of. I have a 10" pan, as well as a 3 qt pan. My issue was that I just needed the 8" pan, all the other sellers wanted to sell a set (which I clearly did not need). Placed the order on Thursday, pan arrived on Saturday. It's already been used several times (and as I type this it is Sunday).

This is a good omelet pan but I liked the Premier Series better. Abused the older one, and ruined it, so I had to replace it. This was the best could find at the time.
This pan is my go-to pan for most stove top preparations.

This pan is awesome! It's size is convenient, nothing sticks to it, and cleanup is a cinch. When there are SO MANY options out there these days, it's nice to have a "go-to" product that delivers on exactly what the manufacturer claims. I highly recommend this pan.
