Doesn't keep time

I'll start by saying that I really do like the design of this. The light is a great feature. However, the past week or so I noticed it was running fast..reset it and fast again. I'm not even talking about a minute or two, it's now 11 minutes fast. I could've bought a Dollar Store clock and it would've kept time better. Like I said, I really like it otherwise but what's the point of an alarm clock if it doesn't keep the correct time?? And of course my return window is now over so I guess I have to get used to seeing and subtracting the time..
I hope this one does too because I really like it. Snooze bar is huge but to turn ...

My last alarm clock by Timex lasted me over 20 years. I hope this one does too because I really like it. Snooze bar is huge but to turn alarm off it is a small button. Hard to find the button in the dark (I wake up at 4). It dims slowly when lights are off, very cool. Was doubtful of radio because I didn't see any tuner buttons in Amazon pictures, but it does. Clear sound.

First time I've ever had an alarm with an adjustable volume that was ACTUALLY low enough it didn't wake me! I can generally hear a fly sneeze 3 doors down, even when I'm asleep, so I put this alarm on lowest volume at first. Overslept three times! Then I decided maybe I should put it at level 2, and it's perfect. Also, I never believe it when I read that a clock actually sets itself (and is accurate). This one did, and it was/is. I am in love!

Ken Itoma really stands by his product. I am not very electronics savvy and had to contact the company with questions. KEn Itoma wrote me right back three times to help me. He also said that were the product defective and beyond Amazon's return window, they would send me one free of charge without my shipping it back.
I love the night light feature, the adjustable light display and the morning alarm ( I use music) which starts off soft and gets louder, thereby easing you into wake up. It is a FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!!!

great. Hard to research-lots of competition, some with 40 or 50 false reviews! (Just check the reviewer's history of other reviews). But this is great-manageable English/directions, just stick with it, dims perfectly, accurate out of the box, radio quality sucks but i'm not buying it to listen to. USB charger and nite lites works too! Very Happy
