Initial thoughts on this product are positive. Seems to be well built, all accessories accounted for, the case is nice and just the right size to hold everything. The device powered on with 98% battery life and all the functions worked properly. Haven't used the jump starter feature yet, I will update this review when I do. So far I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend.
Update: 8/10/17 I used this jumper today to start my 17 year old daughters ford taurus. She had been at the boat dock with friends and when she tried to start her car it wouldn't. When tested the battery was at 10.5 volts,so not completely dead but not enough for starting. Hooked this device up and car turned over quickly and started. Afterword it read 88%. I'm still very happy with my purchase, I may buy another one.

I bought this for my youngest sister as she just graduated from high school and have her own car now. Her car is a hand me down 2003 Accord so there's a chance something will go wrong. I haven't had a chance to test the jumper cables because none of our cars need a charge. However, this thing is more than just a portable jumper cables, it's pretty much a massive battery pack. There are all kind adapters and cables so that it can be used for other things such as cell phones, tablets and laptops. I tried one of the adapters that fit my laptop and it charged just fine. The phone charges just fine via the USB cable. Pretty much anything that needs a charging, you can use this power bank with one of its adapters and it'll charge. I'm sure when the time warranted, it'll work when the car needs a jump from it.

It supposed to have a three year warranty but I cant get a response from the manufacturer because its written in language I can't understand and amazon can't help me.
As 5/24/17 I am happy to say that amazon help me get another battery.
I had to used the battery starter to charged my phone due to power outage so far so good.

Haven't had to use it yet but I already like it. Now I won't have to stand in front of my truck holding jumper cables hoping somebody will give me a jump next time my battery is dead. I like all the functions it has, USB charging ports, adapters to charge multiple other items, built in flash light that strobes and signals sos, it even has a built in compass. It came almost fully charged at 94% which means it's ready to use, although I plugged it in to fully charge it. The instructions are easy to understand, and everything fits in a small case that I could fit anywhere in my truck. Hopefully I'll get many years of use out of it.
